Aerial drone promises to make real estate listings come alive at new Century 21 office

Well-known Columbia Valley realtors, Scott Sauermann and Ken Becker have opened their own real estate office in Radium Hot Springs. Officially called Century 21 Rockies Realty Ltd. the office is located on Highway 93 leading up to Kootenay National Park, in the Village of Radium Hot Springs.

“We have a great location here, right at the gateway to the valley,” said Mr. Sauermann, in a local interview. “And we have an opportunity to try things a little differently.”

The pair are adopting an elevated marketing strategy which they are terming the “Extra Mile Program.” The big emphasis is that we will be going above and beyond with the extra mile program, said Scott Sauermann.

The two realtors are also excited about the fact that they will have a professional photographer and licensed drone-company available to document by aerial photography their listing properties – a service exclusive to the new Radium office.

“This alone will allow us to do aerial photographs but more importantly video and virtual tours. It will allow all potential purchasers to get a real feel for the property before they call us,” explained Scott Sauermann.

Century 21 is the world’s largest real estate franchise and should help the pair market their properties both locally, Canada-wide and internationally.
