A new project is in the works for Creston, B.C.

A brand new, three-story office complex—with 4,500 square feet per floor—is being constructed in downtown Creston. The project is being built by Creston building contractor T.A. Rendek and his related company Atlin Property Development Corp.

Located in the heart of downtown Creston the new office building is now leasing space and is slated for occupancy in the fall of 2010. Construction has just started with the concrete footings, foundation and basement components being put in place.

The Creston and District Credit Union holds a controlling interest in the new development.

T.A. Rendek and Associates Ltd. is a privately owned construction company with offices located in Saskatoon and Calgary, and the head office is in Creston. The Rendek Group of Companies has completed design/build projects in all four western provinces and has over 20 years of proven experience in the industry.
