FR Rentals recently earned a Sparwood Chamber of Commerce business award in the Mine Support/Industrial category. We touched base with Cody Kozinuk (vice-president/owner) and Amy Sigurdson (customer service representative) to learn more about their achievement, and they shared their insights.

What does this award mean to you?

Our team takes pride in having the best customer service, so this award is an (indication) that we are headed in the right direction.

What do you think contributed to your success?

We have set and maintained a high standard to meet or exceed our core values and key strategies. Our core values include people, safety, honesty and integrity, and growth. Our key strategies are to give the customer the best experience possible, have the highest quality equipment in the industry and always honour our commitments.

What aspect of your business are you most proud of?

We are proud of what we have achieved in such a short period of time. It’s only been a year since we opened, and we have managed to build a reputable business, maintain 100 per cent employee retention, have had zero-loss-time incidents, and we recently added a full-service dealership for Bobcat equipment to our line of business products.
