Sample products, learn more about wellness services and activities in our community, explore healthy alternatives and engage directly with experts. Embrace living well in the Kootenays with the many health and lifestyle businesses located in our region. The Expo also features food trucks showcasing healthy options so bring your appetite and an open mind!
