With the Kootenay real estate market tightening and rental units at a minimum, numerous new construction and development projects are springing up. Plus, many existing projects are being revitalized and re-marketed.

It is our goal to present as complete a list as possible of all Kootenay-based projects that are underway in the region. Be sure your project is included in the 2018 Development and Construction Roundup.

If you are in the construction and development sector we invite your participation on our upcoming 2019 Real Estate Development and Construction Roundup.

It is inevitable that we have missed some projects, or need to update some information. We would be happy to add your project details or updates to the list — just email us at [email protected]
