Building lots with a view to the future
Creston Estates is a new development that will be offering prime lots close to town with a gorgeous view
Randy and Ellen Samuelson have been involved in the Creston business community for most of their lives and they are excited to be working on a new project that will contribute to Creston’s continued growth.
The Samuelsons have been in their current Nufloors building for 18 of the 32 years they’ve been in the local flooring business. Behind the Northwest Boulevard store rises a scenic stretch of property. Currently, the couple are working on developing a road with access from 10th Avenue North. From here, the property will be divided into serviced lots that will be offered for sale next year.
“Creston is growing. The core (seems to be) moving north,” said Ellen.
The 17 lots being developed as Creston Estates will be removed from the growing Northwest Boulevard. The access road will be conveniently close to town, yet at the end of a quiet suburban community road. Part of the surrounding area is Crown land and will remain undeveloped.
Any early interest could lead to open choice on lots as well as the ability to have input in landscaping decisions.
Overall, the Samuelsons are excited to be taking this role as Creston grows. Their development will offer a new option for anyone who wants to enjoy the view in the beautiful Creston Valley.
