Kootenay Business magazine reader, Mike LeClerc of Cranbrook is the winner of the Samsung Galaxy Tab compliments of Staples and Kootenay Business magazine.

Mike was one of dozens and dozens of entries in the new DigiTech awards handed out by Kootenay Business based on results from a recent online survey of all things digital.

"We are pleased to recognize all things digital in our new DigiTech Awards. As more and more businesses invest in their online presence, Kootenay Business magazine is pleased to recognize the favourite websites, blogs, videos and more—as selected by our readers. It is really a reader's choice award because our readers completed the online survey and selected their favourites in over 30 categories," said Keith Powell, publisher of Kootenay Business.

Each winning company will receive a colourful certificate suitable for framing in recognition of their Kootenay DigiTech Award and the complete list of winners will be featured in our upcoming January/February edition of Kootenay Business magazine.

There were over 150 individual entries in the over 30 categories with almost 4,500 individual categories receiving nominations in the first ever Kootenay DigiTech Awards. We congratulate all the winners and thank our readers for helping select all their favourite digital things in the Kootenays.
