Joey and Christine Hoeschsmann, owners of the Bedroom Furniture and Ashley Home Furniture stores in Cranbrook, are making another substantial investment in commercial property in the City.

They have recently purchased the vacated building on King Street, which formerly housed Liquidation World and Home Hardware even before that.

The Hoeschsmann's currently have a number of separate warehouse buildings around town and are looking to amalgamate these various spaces into one centralized warehouse. There may be a possibility of a retail operation utilizing the front portion of the building but that is yet to be decided.

On other related news, the Hoeschsmann's Ashley Home Furniture store on Cranbrook Street, (the strip) is set for major expansion with an additional 4,000 square feet of retail space coming on line with the utilization of it's warehouse at the back of the building.

Watch for these developments to take place over the summer of 2014. Congratulations to Joey and Christine for their continued investment in the Cranbrook business sector.
