New Parastone project underway in Fernie

Parastone Developments has a new project underway in Fernie.

A new development project is underway in the City of Fernie by Parastone Developments. The project at this point consists of three condo units all with a similar design and format.

The new project is located just off of Fernie busy Highway #3 thoroughfare and right behind the 7-11 store.

The flat-roofed, two-story units are built on full basements and construction is continuing throughout the winter. No estimated completion time has been published, though it would appear to be late spring or early summer 2014.
