It has been a milestone year in 2019 for Frank Tassone at Castlegar’s Downtown Shell – Benson Oil service station.

The busy and popular stop with the motoring public is celebrating 30 years in business and recently held an open house for staff and customers.

“We were thrilled to share our 30 years of success with our staff, friends and customers,” said Frank Tassone. “It’s a great opportunity to thank our customers for their loyal support over the last 30 years.”

Castlegar’s Downtown Shell – Benson Oil is located on Castlegar’s main thoroughfare, the newly renovated Columbia Avenue. In addition to offering full auto and light truck service the shop does computerized engine tune-ups, 4X4 repairs, brakes, tire service along with complete automotive repairs and servicing.

Castlegar’s Downtown Shell – Benson Oil is also a Provincial Government authorized inspection facility. The location has a full line convenience store for customer convenience.
