Shelli Diederich wanted to bring something new and fresh to Cranbrook’s salon scene. Her love of the beauty industry led her to open Urban Roots Salon & Spa, located at 1325 B Cranbrook Street, adjacent to the Starbucks on the highway. Urban Roots’ eight employees offer a variety of services—including hair styling, manicures, pedicures, massage and more. While in Urban Roots, browse the many beauty products available for purchase or relax in the lounge with a magazine or coffee.
