“We roast coffee. The grind is up to you.” This is the tag line of a new wholesale coffee-roasting business in Kimberley called Steam Donkey Coffee. Owners Michelle and Kevin Shepit started bringing their coffee to stores and restaurants in and around Kimberley in mid-June. Located at 1975 Warren Avenue, Steam Donkey Coffee builds relationships with its customers and its farmers one individual at a time. “We let the quality speak for itself,” said Kevin.
