Mark Haines, a native of Essex, England, is the new manager at Fitz Flooring in Cranbrook. He and his family moved to Cranbrook about 18 months ago from what he calls “sunny Manitoba,” and he left his job with Ricoh Canada to join Fitz Flooring in April 2015. Haines said that Fitz Flooring moved from its former premises on Cranbrook Street to the larger Theatre Road location in November 2014 in order to have its showroom and warehouse at one address. The spacious, lower-traffic Theatre Road location is more convenient for both staff and customers.
