Changing hands

by

Earlier this year, Nicole Cherlet took ownership of Chantilly Kitchen, Bed and Bath, and she's been making significant changes. Not the least of which, is a name change. Recently, the Revelstoke business was re-opened under its new moniker, Big Mountain Kitchen & Linen. The new shop has a stronger emphasis on culinary supplies, and an upgraded selection of bathroom and bedroom merchandise.

Cherlet was an employee at the store for three years, and spent time in a management position before she decided to take the reins with the assistance of Community Futures.  She is building an online store with a wedding registry, and working on future cross-promotional activities with other businesses in Revelstoke.

For more information, visit the Big Mountain Kitchen & Linen website.
