Nelson’s Best Western Baker Street Inn will soon be the home of a new Neapolitan-style pizzeria. It is the latest investment by the Martin Hospitality Group, which owns both the Best Western hotel and the beautifully, restored heritage Hume Hotel on Vernon Street.

The vacant restaurant space had been occupied for many years by the Baker Street Grill – primarily a breakfast and lunch eatery.

A complete floor-to-ceiling renovation of the space is currently underway as it is transformed into a new Neapolitan-inspired pizzeria.

General manager Ryan Martin is projecting a July or early summer opening for the new pizzeria. So, if you love Neapolitan-style pizza keep your eyes open for this new restaurant coming soon to Nelson’s Baker Street.
