Marysville, known by some as south Kimberley, will soon be home to a new restaurant—adding to its small business mix. The unique eatery is located on busy Highway 95A, across the street from the recently opened Timber Hitch Coffee House and kitty-corner to the Petro-Canada station.

Though there aren't many details available about the new restaurant, it is being constructed out of empty metal storage/shipping containers or "sea cans" — it sports lots of window glass and has great highway visibility.

It has been indicated that the restaurant will be a coffee house/tapas bar-type of establishment.  It will be owned and operated by local Kimberley residents.  It appears that the new restaurant should be open later this spring or early summer.

Kootenay Business will update this project when more information becomes available.
