Marion Garden, marketing manager of Fairmont Hot Springs, will be leaving the resort.

Fairmont Hot Springs marketing manager Marion Garden notified everyone last week that she was leaving the resort.

“After a most excellent adventure and four terrific years at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort, it is time for me to bid farewell as I am moving to Calgary to start a new job in marketing at the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra,” she said.

A replacement has not been announced yet, but marketing co-ordinator Colleen McKee is looking after things day to day.

Garden said, “Thank you very much for making my time at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort so special! I do hope we meet up again in the future.”

Also Scott Morgan, marketing director for the Columbia Valley Golf Trail has left this group to take on the marketing manager position at Panorama Resort.

We wish both Marion and Scott success in their new ventures.
